Expanding your Kindness

We make choices every day. Our ability to choose is greatly influenced by what we like. We get used to people, foods, and places and support our closest friends more than strangers. This meditation aims at expanding the wishes we sometimes don’t even grant ourselves. A journey from what’s important to ourselves, through our friends, and strangers, to people we have a challenging relationship with, and finally expanding to all the people around us. This exercise opens us up to the greatest potential, to our biggest freedom to choose.
