Well-Being Assessment
Introductory Module.
The goal of this module is to clarify your next steps in your journey to the good life. Ever felt that something needs to change but you didn’t know where to start? After this module you will know what changes will make an impact in your life and the lives of people that matter to you.
During the assessment, we will examine multiple areas of your life through 1 on 1 conversations and scientifically validated measurement.
Personal Transformation
Foundational Module.
The goal of this module is to learn & embody the skills needed to transform your life. “I should go to bed earlier”, “I should start exercising”. How do we actually get started making a change? Here, you will learn how to channel any idea into a sustainable habit.
You will learn to handle unhelpful thoughts and emotions, staying present without losing sight of the big picture, and to clarify values and putting them to action.
Building & Maintaining Relationships
Advanced Module. Partnered Sessions.
The goal of this module is to connect authentically to the people who are already in your life and the people you wish to connect to. Relationships build our greatest source of joy but also unveil our greatest personal and social challenges: Not allowing ourselves to feel, to say what is really on our mind, having our buttons pushed, and showing the cold shoulder can all be behaviors of the past. Here, you will learn how to connect based on self-insight and truthful communication.
Experience Integration
Have you recently experienced a mind-expanding event such as a psychedelic session or a meditative spiritual awakening?
Altered states of consciousness can be a powerful tool to investigate the inner workings of our minds. They can reveal unconscious motivations, hidden habits and desires, and long-forgotten joys.
