After my workshops, you will be able to develop motivation, communicate effectively, manage emotions, develop resilience, and not only balance working with your personal life but allow the two to enhance each other.

You and your colleagues are individuals contributing to a group goal. Ever felt you know exactly what you “should” be doing but can't really put it into practice? Is your team experiencing challenges at work or at home that require special psychological attention? During a 1 on 1 session we will work on applying psychological skill to your day today life in order to build habits, clarify values, handle emotions and make sure that you can bring your best self to your environment and to contribute to the big picture while enhancing mental health.
In my 1 on 1 sessions I draw on therapy approaches to apply the tenets of positive psychology to bridge the gap between theory and daily life practice.
